JOB DUTIES
§ Job Responsibilities:
- Investigate process issues and recommend solutions to solve technical problems
- Propose improvement to increase productivity and reduce not good product quantity
- Conduct analysis to find proper working method, optimize production equipment and workforce
- Create assembly instructions; train operators on assembly process, working method, machine operation
- Handle mock-up and mass production
JOB REQUIREMENTS
§ Desirable Background and Experience:
- Qualification: Diploma Degree in mechanical or electrical engineering
- Language skill(s): English conversational level
- From 2+ year of experience working at similar positions in manufacturing companies (Japanese ones are preferred)
§ Desirable Characters:
- Gender: Male only
- Age: Up to 30
