JOB DUTIES
§ Report to Admin Manager
§ Assigned to Administration Department
§ Main Tasks:
- Guide & greet guests / Receptionist
- Conduct necessary procedures & paper works for employees on their business trip.
- In charge of accommodation and travels arrangement, car rental, etc.
- Prepare and process all documents to make visa, work permit, resident card and other documents for expatriates and local employees who go on abroad for business trips
- Order stationary, make name card … etc…
- Responsible for notarizing tasks and official documents index
- Conduct other task assignments or when there arise contingencies related to Administrative & HR issues.
Job RequirementS
§ Must:
- Gender: Female
- Age: 22 -27
- Language Skills: Good at English communication & writing
- Having at least 2 years ‘experience in similar positions
- Conversant with Word, Excel, PowerPoint
