GENERAL INFORMATION

§  Position: Accounting Supervisor - Manufacturing

§  Working Time: Monday-Saturday (8am-4:45pm)- off 2 Saturday per month

JOB DUTIES:

§  Report to Chief Accountant,

§  Assigned to Accounting Departure

§  Job Responsibilities:

-          Maintain and update daily transactions for accounting software

-          Cost management, internal reporting, report synthesis and analysis of variance between reality and budget

-          Monitor balance sheet items and control accounts

-          Responsible for checking all issued transactions: cost and salary according to internal rules/procedures, Accounting Law & Tax

-          Organization, planning, coordination, completion at the end of the year, ending with independent audit and internal audit

-          Other duties of Chief Accountant

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

§  Desirable Background & Experience:

-          Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Accounting/ Finance major

-          Language Skills:          English – business level

-          At least 5 year working experience in Accounting including the same level in manufacturing companies.

§  Desirable Character:

-          Gender: any

-          Age: 30-35
