JOB DUTIES:

§  Report to Vietnamese Manager

§  Assigned to Water Treatment Engineering Department

§  Job Responsibilities:

-          Involved in analysis, design, construction administration, and preparation of technical reports, plans, specifications and cost estimates for various water treatment plant projects.

-          Will be in charge of managing the planning and design of diverse infrastructure projects in water treatment and conveyance including QA/QC responsibility

-          Assist in the delivery of water projects including evaluation and detailed design of water treatment plants, supply wells, water reuse systems, distribution systems, conveyance, storage, and pipeline projects.

-          Design of capital improvement projects.

-          Preparing Preliminary Engineering Reports

-          Preparing plans, specifications and estimates

-          Preparing master planning reports and hydraulic modeling.

-          Participating in local professional organizations.

-          Assisting in marketing business opportunities with key clients and development of responses to RFP/RFQs.

-          Developing long term relationships with clients.

-          Assisting clients with permitting.

-          Presentations to governing boards, authorities and trade associations

-          Work with local and state regulatory agencies for project permitting, funding, etc.

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

§  Desirable Background & Experience:

-          Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Environmental Engineering

-          Language Skills: English communication is required (good reading & writing skills)

-          3-6 years’ related experience in water treatment business field, including experience in the design of water treatment plans, water storage facilities, sewer collection, and water distribution infrastructure

-          The candidate should have expertise in one or more of the following:

o   Water Supply Treatment

o   Water transmission, distribution and storage

o   Water chemistry

o   Pump Stations

o   Wastewater process, treatment, conveyance

-          Able to operate CAD

-          Proficient with AutoCAD Civil 3D, WaterCAD is a plus

-          Strong writing, verbal communication and teamwork skills

-          Strong self-motivation, time-management, attention to detail, and ability to effectively manage multiple projects and deadlines

-          Seft-starter who can work independently and with team members
