JOB DUTIES:
§ Report to Vietnamese Manager
§ Assigned to HR Department
§ Job Responsibilities:
- Come up and in charge of recruitment plan of the company every quarter/ every year
- Evaluate recruitment results, quality of candidates and report to HR manager
- Advisor for HR manager
- Other HR tasks
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
§ Desirable Background & Experience:
- Qualification: Bachelor Degree in HR, HR Management or related field.
- Language Skills: English is a puld
- 5 years experienced in recruiting position and 3 years experienced in Leader/Manager position
- Deep knowledge about HR and Recruiting activity.
- Good with MS, Excel, Powerpoint
- Able to go on business trip
