JOB DUTIES:
§ Report to Vietnamese Director
§ Assigned to HR Department
§ Job Responsibilities:
- In charge of whole company HR management
- In charge of recruiting plan and activities
- In charge of training employees
- Manage salary, benefits system of whole company
- Support other branches
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
§ Desirable Background & Experience:
- Qualification: Bachelor Degree in HR, HR Management or related field.
- Certificate of HR Director or in Economics Management/Law is a plus
- Language Skills: English business level
- 5 years experienced in same position in companies which have more than 500 staffs.
- Deep knowledge about HR and Recruiting activity.
- Good with MS, Excel, Powerpoint
