Customer Development Lead (Chemical) 化學品銷售業務工程師

Responsibilities
・與供應商/產品技術團隊協作，以發展符合公司策略規劃之切實銷售目標。[20%] Collaborates with the application service leads and suppliers in establishing and recommending the most realistic sales goals for the company. [20%]
・有效管理所負責區域或產品線，提升客戶滿意度、優化銷售收入，以達公司銷售指標 [70%] Manages an assigned geographic sales area or product line effectively to maximize customer satisfaction and sales revenues to meet corporate objectives. [70%]
・建立並管理各式有效客戶專案，以收指導教育客戶或是業務成員(若有)之效。[10%] Establishes and manages effective programs/projects to coach, appraise and train customers and/or sales personnel (if any). [10%]
 
 
 
Qualification
 
・A university degree in chemicals, chemical/engineer is required.
・Proficiency in business Vietnamese/English (商用英文多益檢測 TOEIC 780 and above or equilvilent) is required; business Chinese (華語文能力檢測 TOCFL level 3 and above or equilvilent) , Korean (韓國語能力測試 TOPIK Level 3 and above or equilvilent), or Japanese (日語能力測試 JLPT level 2 and above or equilvilent) is a plus 
・Service-oriented working attitude to access the potential problems/business opportunities.
・Problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend information.
・Proficient in Microsoft Office Microsoft Office Suite is required.
