§  Salary Range: Gross 700 – 1000 USD

§  Bonus and Incentives: 13th month bonus / Performance review once per year/ Monthly Incentive

JOB DUTIES

§  Report to Vietnamese Chief Accountant and Japanese Director

§  Job Responsibility:





1.     Management Accounting job





-        Handle full spectrum of financial and cost accounting role eg. AR, AP, GL, forecasting, budgeting etc. Responsible for day to day finance and accounts operations





-        Tax reporting (VAT, CIT, WHT) monthly, quarterly and yearly report in accordance with VAS and internal also.





-        Working with auditing company, accounting dept of other affiliates, Mother Company.





-        Invoice preparing and send to client, Internal Group, Management of AR, AP





-        Work with the tax authority for, VAT, PIT refund. 





-        Process the payment to supplier and internal group, input data SAP software, Daily report, Budget plan, Financial report and Financial report analysis, Internal report, consolidate report.





-        Work in Independence, and team work with sales teams.





2.     Other tasks or responsibilities as assigned.





 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

§  Desirable Experience & Background:

-        Qualification: Bachelor Degree

-        Certificate: Chief Accounting Certificate is a MUST

-        Language Skills: English business level

-        2-5 years working at Accounting Department.

-        Ability to complete the project work independently under limited guidance and overtime to meet deadlines

-        Possess a habit of recording, tracking, reviewing & evaluating work progress

-        Age: Under 28

-        General business manners

-        Good organization, time-management & multi-tasking skills

-        Pro-active, positive, earnest, high communication skills & Can-do attitude.
