R&D Machine Design Manager - Manufacturing

GENERAL INFORMATION

§  Expected joining date: Pursuant to Vietnam Labor Law (as soon as possible)

§  Work location: District 9, HCMC (company bus is provided from Tan Thuan EPZ and Nguyen Huu Canh street)

§  Work time: Monday - Saturday (7:30am - 5:00pm), off two Saturdays per month

§  Salary range: Negotiable based on the candidate’s capability

JOB DUTIES

§  Job Responsibilities:

-       Go training in Japan 1-3 years right after work start (all overseas working conditions are negotiable)

-       After coming back to Vietnam, manage the new R&D center and 30 engineers in developing new products for the company

-       Lead machine design team in terms of technical skills and career development

-       Responsible for the overall operation of the new R&D center, and report directly to Japanese General Director

-       Other ad-hoc tasks as per requested by Line Manager

JOB REQUIREMENTS

§  Desirable Background and Experience:

-       Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Mechanical/Vehicle Engineering, Electronic/Electrical Engineering

-       Language skill(s): Japanese conversational level (equivalent to N3) and/or English business level

-       Computing: Solidwork, AutoCAD 2D/3D, Corel, other design software

-       Minimum 7 years of experience working in machine/equipment design field, preferably for Japanese manufacturing companies

§  Desirable Characters:

-       Gender: Male preferable

-       Age: 30s

-       Willing to go training in Japan from 1-3 years right after work start
