JOB DUTIES
§ Report to Vietnamese Manager
§ Assigned to Grain Dept
§ Job Responsibilities:
- Daily exchange/communicate with VN Team and Singapore Team.
- For CNF trade, following up contracts, checking LCs, handling shipping docs, collecting payment from customers on time.
- For Local trade, issue contract, follow up documentation/executions and cargo delivery
- Input accounting data for Feed Grain Department by using SAP system.
- Input the Handling Commission between our Feed Grain Dept with other offices
- Support Sale activities, both CNF and Principal business.
Job RequirementS
§ Desirable Experience and Background:
- Qualification: Bachelor Degree. Graduated from Foreign Trade University is a big advantage.
- Language Skills: English: business level
- Understanding international trade
- Around 1-2 years working experience in the same field.
§ Desirable Personalities:
- Gender: Female
- Age: 23 – 25 years old
- Others: Careful, detailed, calm, reliable, enthusiastic, responsibility
