JOB DUTIES

§  Report to Assistant Finance Manager

§  Job Responsibilities:

-        Assist in the Finance and Accounting functions of the Company

-        Assist in the Administration functions of the Company

-        Ensure timely and accurate corporate financial closing, as per Group finance and accounting policies and timelines

-        Involve in the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting

-        Assist in monitoring the cash flow management of the Company

-        Ensure compliance with statutory year-end audits and internal systems of control, in accordance with Vietnam statutory requirements and relevant provisions of the shareholders’ Joint Venture Agreement

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

§  Desirable Background and Experience:

-        Degree in Finance, Accountancy or equivalent

-        Minimum of 4 years’ working experience as Accountant and has a little bit experience of finance

-        Possess strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills

-        Ability to exercise strong influence and control to ensure compliance whilst maintaining trust and loyalty with key personnel

-        English at Intermediate Level (using English in daily working)
