Sales Executive - Manufacturing

GENERAL INFORMATION

§  Work location: Bien Hoa, Dong Nai (company bus is provided from Hang Xanh roundabout)

§  Work time: Monday - Saturday (7:30 - 16:30), Saturday off every other week

§  Salary range: Gross 12.000.000 - 16.000.000 VND

JOB DUTIES

§  Job Responsibilities:

-       Introduce company’s products and services to target clients

-       Maintain good relationship with existing clients and expand network with potential ones

-       Follow up with in-charge accounts regarding order process, price quotation, commercial contracts, updated inquiries, delivery and payment

-       Work closely with related departments (production, accounting, engineering and technical teams) to ensure the best experience of clients

-       Other ad-hoc tasks as per requested by Line Manager

JOB REQUIREMENTS

§  Desirable Background and Experience:

-       Qualification: Bachelor Degree or Diploma Degree in related fields

-       Language skill(s): English business level OR Japanese business level (N3) OR Chinese business level (with some English skills to communicate with Japanese Sales Manager)

-       Computing: MS Office proficiency

-       Ability to understand technical drawings is a big plus

-       Experience working as Sales with industrial products (machinery products are preferable) in foreign companies
