JOB DUTIES
§ Report to Japanese General Director
§ Main Tasks:
1. Manage all production process to achieve highest product quality to all Customers
2. Manage from order processing to manufacturing to delivery process for achieving highest product quality to all Customers.
3. Plan, organize, direct, and run optimum day-to-day operations to exceed our customer expectations.
4. Ensure increasing levels of customer satisfaction through product quality while improving the efficiency/productivity of manpower, materials and machines.
5. Estable production KPI target
6. Responsible for production output, product quality, and on-time shipping. Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results.
7. Manage policy deployment in the areas of Lean Manufacturing techniques, quality awareness and mindset in all employees, cost reduction, on-time delivery, safety, customer satisfaction, employee relations, and plant performance measurements, and setting important KPIs for all level of employees.
8. Provide leadership for employee relations through effective communications, coaching, mentoring, training, and development.
9. Provide leadership for problem resolution to facilitate fast improvements and improved working relationships.
10. Manage material requirements to avoid obsolete inventory and reduce levels on hand.
11. Balance work cell capacity/loading across the plant and among other regional sites in the Group.
12. Determine operations headcount needs and ensures compliance with Company & Group policies.
13. Identify, communicate and drive implementation of capital investments and improvement projects.
14. Manage compliance with state and provincial regulations.
15. Ultimate Responsibility and Accountability in Product Quality, On-Time Delivery, Cycle-Time Reductions and Productivity and Efficiency targets of all employees in the whole Manufacturing Operations.
16. Perform other related duties as assigned by BOM from time to time.
