JOB DUTIES
§ Report to Japanese Manager
§ Job Responsibilities:
- Headcount : 5
- Press / resin molding / shaft processing / RT assembly : 3 people
- Winding shaping / ST mold / Motor assembly : 2 people
- Control of production lines and workers
- Understand the manufacturing process flow and management items
- Proficiency in motor manufacturing work
- Guidance on work to workers
- Report on problem occurrence top report
- Safety guidance within manufacturing site
Job RequirementS
§ Desirable Background & Experience:
- Qualification: completed junior high school
- Language Skills: Not required. Japanese or English is a plus
- Follow the company's policy, ambitious
- Have a passport : Training in Thai for 3 months
- 3-4 years experienced in manufacturing field
- Candidates who changed jobs under 2 times and not in Hoa Lac District area
