JOB DUTIES:
§ Report to Vietnamese / Japanese Manager / Team Leader
§ Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the PDCA cycle and improve the quality of the company's quality management system processes (including internal processes and processes with partners): Technical requirements and standards In the development of software systems for the company's processes, resources and solutions to establish, maintain and improve quality.
- Ensure that the development process complies with both internal and customer-specific standards (including review and support of QA / QC work).
- Investigate and establish quality standards.
- Develop and monitor the test plan, control plan quality assurance. There are solutions to handle and prevent quality problems.
- Evaluate the requirements of the customer, ensuring that they meet the requirements. Consolidate reports on quality and report to customers.
- Ensure the storage, analysis and distribution of data. Ensure product traceability.
- Establishment of quality management teams, division of responsibilities and direction of work for employees.
- Decide the need for training and improve quality training.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
§ Desirable Background & Experience:
- Headcount : 1
- Qualification: Bachelor Degree
- Language Skills: Japanese N2 – Good communication skill
- At least 5 years experienced in software quality control or management of software development processes.
- Have extensive knowledge of QA and Testing: Strong knowledge in testing methodology,
- Have ISTQB or ISEB certificate.
- Knowledge of programming is an advantage.
- Good planning and organization skills, problem solving skills and good interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and self-motivated. Self-esteem and ability to read and understand data
- Know how to connect groups,
- Good work, leadership skills and presentation skills.
