JOB DUTIES:

§  Report to Vietnamese / Japanese Manager / Team Leader

§  Job Responsibilities:

-          Understand the content of the project, in charge of Q & A with the offshore side, guiding the offshore members, checking the Japanese in the sample, adjusting many issues such as changing the spec ... with the person in charge of the thing. custom spec on customer side ...
-          Manage team members
-          Report and make sure project is processing smoothly and on time.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:

§  Desirable Background & Experience:

-          Headcount : 4

-          Qualification: Bachelor Degree in IT

-          Language Skills:          Japanese N3-N2 – Good communication skill

-          Graduated from IT Faculty.

-          Software development experience: 5 years or more.

-          Proficiency in one of the programming languages: Java or .Net or C ...

-          Experience in database: Oracle or Ms SQL

-          English is an advantage.

-          Prefer to work in Japanese environment and Japanese customers.
