JOB DUTIES:
§ Report to Vietnamese Manager
§ Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for day to day finance and accounts operations: Booking cash vouchers, bank vouchers, general vouchers;
- Prepare general ledgers and adjusting entries such as accruals of expenses; prepayments, bad debt provision, management of AP;
- Invoice preparing and send to client, Management of AR;
- Running monthly depreciation, foreign exchange revaluation;
- Tax reporting (VAT, CIT, FCT) monthly, quarterly and yearly report in accordance with VAS and internal also.
- Working with auditing company, with the tax authority for, VAT, PIT refund.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
§ Desirable Background & Experience:
- Qualification: College/Bachelor’s Degree on Finance/Accounting/Auditing;
- Language Skills: English business level - Ability to write and speak in English.
- At least 2 years working experience Accountant position;
- Excel skills and accounting software processing;
- Having knowledge about Vietnam Accounting standards and tax regulations & rules
- Familiar with Bravo accounting software is an advantage;
- Experiences in Japan company is a plus
- Candidates who have interest in and understand Japanese culture is a plus
- Good at MS Office, Excel, Power point
- Customer service minded;
- Proactive, hardworking and high responsibility person
