JOB DUTIES:
§ Report to Japanese Manager
§ Manage 5 sales staffs ( Age : 20s )
§ Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and control OEM-OES asles activities
- Make and plan OEM - OES event
- Manage and take care of customers
- Coordinate sales activities based on management level’s assignments
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
§ Desirable Background & Experience:
- Qualification: Bachelor Degree ( Economics, business management, automotive manufacturing )
- Language Skills: English business level
Japanese is a plus
- Experienced in OEM sales for automotive and motorcycle
- Experienced in working for Japanese company
§ Desirable Character:
- Gender: Male
- Age: 30-40
- Make plan, do implementation, supervise plan, report skills
- Good communication, good presentation, good negotiation
- Good management to staff
- Good time management
