ü  Monday-Friday ( 8:00am-5:30pm)

ü  Saturday: full day once per month

§  Salary Range: Gross 500 - 1000 USD

§  Bonus and Incentives: 13th month bonus / Performance review / Language allowance

§  Selection Process: Two rounds

 

JOB DUTIES:

§  Report to Vietnamese and Japanese Manager / Team Leader

§  Job Responsibilities:

LAN administrator:

-Install, set up and monitor local area network (LAN). Perform a variety of maintenance, evaluation, installation and training tasks to ensure LAN performance meets company and user requirements

-Control camera (IP Camera and Analog Camera).

-Investigate user problems, identify their source, determine possible solutions, test and implement solutions.

- Install, configure, and maintain personal computers, laptop, file servers, ethernet networks, network cabling, and other related equipment, devices, and systems; adds or upgrades and configures modems, disk drives, data acquisition boards, CD ROM units, printers, and related equipment.

 

Software management:

-Back up and save all data related all software such as HR software, accounting, security system.

-Good at VB, VBA, SQL server 2008.

-Update and install the software without fee for the company’s jobs

-Follow and update the changes of the software

-Support production software (coding in VB6)

 

Maintenance and control all the IT systems such as : telephone, internet, ADSL, VPN, wireless, projector, PC….

 

Data and information security

 

IT license

-Check all licenses related to IT

-Update and follow up the expiry of soft

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

§  Desirable Background & Experience:

-          Qualification: Bachelor Degree(Major in related Computer Science)

-          Language Skills:          Japanese at least N3 (N2 is preferable)

-          Working experience is a plus, Fresh graduate is also OK

§  Desirable Character:

-          Gender: Any

-          Age: Under 30s

-          Personality: hardworking, enthusiastic, active
