GENERAL INFORMATION

§  Position: SALES STAFF- CONSTRUCTION

§  Work Time:

ü  Monday-Friday (8am-5pm)

ü  Saturday: once every 2 months

§  Allowance(s): Transportation / Mobile / Language / Diligence : Up after 1 year

§  Bonus and Incentives: 13th month bonus / Performance review once per year

§  Benefit(s): Annual Leave / Insurance

§  Selection Process: Two rounds with Vietnamese Deputy Manager and Japanese Manager, in English

 

JOB DUTIES:

§  Report to Vietnamese Deputy Manager ( 45 years old ) and Japanese Manager

§  Assigned to Sales Department / Team with 9 other Vietnamese sales staffs,

§  Job Responsibilities:

-                In charge of various companies regardless of Japanese, Korean, local.

-                Sometimes have business trips (about once a month at least).

-                Regular visits to existing clients to see if they have any needs, requests for new projects

-                Approach new clients by visiting their offices or existing client’s introduction, Tele sales

-                Preparation of documents, preparation etc.

-                There is no sales assistant, all sales clerk are self-handled

-                Sales figures can be made from either new or existing clients

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

§  Desirable Background & Experience:

-          Qualification: Not required

-          Language Skills: English more than conversational level

-          They are hiring 2 headcount, each has experienced in A or B :
-          A : Sales in the same construction equipment rental field, or sales experience in the construction industry. (Because the customer is a construction company or its subcontractor, there are meetings with people in the field, so some knowledge of basic construction industry knowledge and technical terms is better)
Must be Male
 
-          B : Sell construction machine
-          No gender inquiries
-          Do presentation and explain products for clients.

-          Gender: Depend on A or B

-          Age: Any – Under 35
