GENERAL INFORMATION

§  Position: JAPANESE SPEAKING - INSPECTION PLANNER - SERVICES

§  Expected joining date: Pursuant to Vietnam Labor Law (the sooner the better)

§  Work location: Bien Hoa, Dong Nai (company bus is provided from Le Thanh Ton Street, District 1, HCMC)

§  Work time: Monday - Saturday (8:00 - 17:00), Saturday working every other week

§  Salary range: Gross 850 - 900 USD

JOB DUTIES

§  Job Responsibilities:

-       Contact existing clients and arrange on-site inspection for stuffed toys

-       Set up inspection schedule and inform inspection team

-       Assist in preparation prior to on-site inspection: documentation, transportation, equipment…

-       Conduct reports on inspection results to be submitted to clients as well as inspection quantity every month-end for internal management

-       Other ad-hoc tasks as per requested by Line Manager

JOB REQUIREMENTS

§  Desirable Background and Experience:

-       Qualification: Bachelor Degree or Diploma Degree

-       Language skill(s): Japanese business level (to contact directly to Japanese clients) AND English conversational level (to read and write documents, no need to speak)

-       Computing: MS Office

-       Experienced working as Production Controller in Japanese manufacturing companies

-       Age: Up to 40
