JOB DUTIES:

§  Report to Vietnamese / Japanese Team Leader

§  Job Responsibilities:

-          Comprehend design drawing, construction method and construction progress in order to estimate correctly.

-          Price/forecast the cost of the different materials needed for the project

-          Design structure, estimate quantity, make BOQ, establish and check unit price, make tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation

-          Track changes to the design and/or construction work and adjusting budget projections accordingly

-          Procure or agree the services of contractors and/or subcontractors who work on the construction of the project

-          Measure and value the work done on site

-          Pay subcontractors

-          Liaise with the client and other construction professionals, such as site managers, project managers and site engineers

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

§  Desirable Background & Experience:

-          Qualification: Graduated in Architecture of  Vietnam national University of civil engineering or Ha Noi Architecture University

-          Language Skills:          English business level or Japanese business level

-          At least 02 years of experience

-          Concept design : (planning, exterior, interior…) or make detail shop drawing.

-          Can use architecture software: CAD, Photoshop, 3Dmax+Vray, Revit …

-          Be able to use softwares: (Word, Excel, Auto cad), having experience SAFE and SAP is an advantage.

-          Having experience in Factory building estimation is an advantage

-          Age: under 30 years old

-          Personality: young dynamic, enthusiastic, with enthusiasm for work

-          Other notes to make ideal candidates:

-          Can work overtime if being required

-          Be able to work individually and coordinate with other staffs.

-          Team-work co-ordinate is significant.

-          Responsible and honest is highly requirement
