JOB DUTIES:

§ Job Responsibilities:
- Carry out the receptionist tasks such as fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, preparing tea, sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing post…
- Build and maintain an administrative record keeping system.
- Order and keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Arrange and hold the staff birthday parties, company parties, yearly healthy checking, yearly company trip, yearly Family Day,…
- Check and submit the payment request for all the costs of office.
- Translation the documents when getting request.
- Make a service contract, agency agreement.
- To do monthly social insurance report and taxi charges report, mobile phone charges report.
- Prepare and submit all the required documents to IATA, FIATA, NVOCC, VIFFAS,...when getting request.
- Work with bank to issue the Bank Guarantee for NNR HCM and NNR HAN: CATHAY PACIFIC, KOREAN AIR, SKY CARGO, ASIANA AIRLINE, JAPAN AIRLINE, TCS, SCSC, IATA…
- Work with Labor Department and Immigration Department to issue the letter of approval visa, work permit, visa, and residence card for foreign workers.
- Resolves administrative job as issuing the annual reports to Labor Department, registration for the personal tax code, registration for the reduction tax based on family circumstances for employees, registration for Social and Health Insurance, preparing all the needed documents for the new employees and an employee resignation or employee termination, performing the work structure by updating job descriptions for all positions & updating company organization chart; all the documents related to the recruitment, insurance, labor issues;
- Attend meeting and make detailed minutes.
- Managing attendance & absence & overtime record, making a time record every month.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
§ Desirable Background & Experience:
- University graduated in Administrative & HR is preferred
- Three years experienced in Admin & HR field is required.
- Good commend in English skills, speaking, writing, ,..
- Proficiency in Microsoft office, Excel, word, Power Points, Email…
- Hard working, Team work and ready to accept challenge.
- ISO knowledge is a preferred.
