§  Salary range: Gross 18.000.000 - 25.000.000 VND

JOB DUTIES

§  Job Responsibilities:

1.     Planning

-       Implement the action plan to deliver the company mission and achieve the company goal

-       Smoothly operate the accounting unit

2.     Standard operation procedure

-       Keep compliance with J-SOX guidelines

-       Standardize accounting procedures to adapt with business growth

-       Revise internal policies to adapt with local tax law and strenghthen compliance

-       Set up manual guidelines and materials and conduct training for the internal team

-       Design and prepare information/sytem/resources/procedure for future use

3.     Main tasks

-       Account payable and treasury

ü  Ensure all transactions (journal entries) being recored timely, accurately and completely

ü  Ensure actual expenditures planned in budget and local tax view

ü  Forecast to prepare enough cash flow for business operation

-       Tax

ü  Implement tax obligation timely and completely

ü  Advise to correct and comply with local tax law to lower tax burden

-       Account receivable

ü  Record receivable transactions timely, accurately and completely

ü  Provide finance solutions to limit risk from bad debts

ü  Calculate rebate/discount to customers and vendors

-       Retread part

ü  Prepare budget to ensure business operation smoothly

ü  Record revenue, actual expenditures timely, accurately and completely

ü  Check and set up standard costs to ensure retread costing

-       Assets/Property and inventory

ü  Manage fix assets and office equipment for the most effective use

ü  Comply depreciation method with Vietnam Accounting Standard (VAS)

ü  Plan for stock count to ensure the same quantity with accounting book

-       Auditing

ü  Manage auditing activities by providing necessary information and preparing requested documentations

-       Others

ü  Perform month-end accounting activities such as reconciliations and post journal entries

ü  Support to make and control budget; propose to reduce and cut cost

ü  Manage warehouse accounting and documentation in compliance with law and business information requirements

4.     People management

-       Assign and allocate daily tasks to team members

-       Coach, follow up team KPIs and review individual performance

JOB REQUIREMENTS

§  Desirable Background and Experience:

-       Qualification: Bachelor / Master Degree in Accounting and Finance (must)

-       Having CMA or ACCA certificates is a big plus

-       Language skill(s): English fluent

-       Computing: MS Office

-       3+ years of professional experience on similar positions with managerial role in foreign trading companies

-       Strong leadership with high level of integrity

-       Result-oriented, detail-oriented and excellent analytical thinking
