ü  Monday-Saturday  8:00am-17:00pm

§  Salary Range: Gross / 900 – 1200 USD

§  Bonus and Incentives: 13th month bonus

§  Benefit(s): Annual Leave 12 days per year

§  Selection Process: Two rounds (face-to-face)

 

JOB DUTIES

§  Management from Hong Kong and Japan.

§  Report to Hong Kong Office by English.

§  Assistant to Japanese Manager by Japanese.

ü  Support to accounting work and contact with Accounting consulting Company.

ü  Make payment through the net banking, remittance abroad, salary payment.

ü  Conduct accounts payment and receivable

ü  Interpretation, document translation for order to corporation factory.

ü  Creation of the proposal plan, the requirements definition document….

ü  Confirmation of production status after ordering

ü  Confirm production status of products.

 

Job RequirementS

§  Desirable Background & Experience:

ü  Qualification: Bachelor Degree

ü  Language Skills: Japanese Business (more than N2)

ü                English Business (Report, communication via phone)

ü  More better : Knowledge Export process, manufacturing process

ü  Better Experienced at assistant in Japanese company or foreign company

 

§  Desirable Character:

ü  Gender:  Any

ü  Age:  around 30

ü  Personality: people who have ability to respond quickly to business
