GENERAL INFORMATION

§  Position: PLANNING AND MARKETING (P&M) COORDINATOR - AUTOMOTIVE

§  Work location: District 1, HCMC

§  Work time: Monday - Friday (8:00 - 17:00)

§  Salary range: Gross 8.000.000 - 10.000.000 VND

JOB DUTIES

§  Job Responsibilities:

-       Corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities:

ü  Responsible for all commercial CSR activities, especially the Sticker Campaign “Ve Nha An Toan”

ü  Implement marketing visualization projects

ü  Forecast and get approval for CSR budget

ü  Act as the window person regarding CSR activities

-       Commercial events:

ü  Draft and create event content

ü  Make initial plan for all assigned commercial events

ü  Organize and/or work with agencies on events; make assessment afterwards

-       New product launching:

ü  Prepare yearly action plan for new product launching under the approved product plan

ü  Execute the launching event

ü  Coordinate with Sales and Logistic teams to ensure product availability in Vietnam market

-       Others:

ü  Commercial solution awareness (signage, POP, display…)

ü  OTR/IDS marketing support

ü  Commercial dealer supporting program

JOB REQUIREMENTS

§  Desirable Background and Experience:

-       Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Social / Environment / Marketing or related fields (must)

-       Language skill(s): English advance

-       Computing: MS Office, especially Excel function

-       1+ years of marketing experience in foreign trading companies

-       Familiar with market survey and marketing planning

§  Desirable Characters:

-       Gender: Any

-       Age: Up to 30

-       Excellent written communication skills

-       Strong task ownership with high team work spirit

-       Responsible, supportive, multi-functional
