Salary range: Gross 600 - 800 USD
Allowance(s): Transportation (15 USD), mobile (25 USD), taxi card
Bonus and incentives: 13th month bonus (fixed) / Salary review once per year

Job Description
Report to Japanese Department Manager (male, 40s)
Assigned to Merchandising Department
Team size: 6 members (2 Japanese, 4 Vietnamese)
Job Responsibilities:
-Aid in communication between Japanese colleagues and local contractors (textile manufacturers)
-Join in meetings between Japanese Manager and business partners; support in price negotiation and other commercial terms
-Translate documents / specifications from Japanese to Vietnamese and vice versa
-Control purchasing orders from beginning until delivery to Japanese (production process, quality and quantity checking…)
-Visit contractor sites around HCMC and surrounding areas 2-3 times per week; go on business trips to Quang Nam Province 2-3 times per year
-Other ad-hoc tasks as per requested by Line Manager

Requirements
Desirable Background and Experience:
-Qualification: Bachelor Degree
-Language skill(s): Japanese business level, especially good speaking and listening ability
-Computing: MS Office
-2+ years of relevant work experience (must) especially in textile/garment (preferable)
Desirable Characters:
-Gender: Male preferable
-Age: Around 30s
