JOB DUTIES
- Report to Japanese Director.
- Assign to Administration Department
- Job Responsibilities:
- Administration of newly-launched nursing human resource development business division.
- Perform administrative and office support activities
- Field telephone calls, receive and direct visitors, do word processing, create spreadsheets and presentations, file documents and prepare business correspondence
- Set up conference room and prepare meeting minutes if necessary or required
- Sort and store stationery and other company’s assets
- Help preparing working permit and visa for expats
- Assist current Paralegal cum Admin with other assigned tasks
- Support simple Accounting tasks ( Accounting is outsourced )
