Work time: Monday - Saturday (8:00 - 17:00), off 18 Saturdays per year
Salary range: Gross 8.000.000 - 10.000.000 VND
Allowance(s): Language allowance 500.000 - 2.000.000 for TOEIC 600 up
Bonus and incentives: 13th month bonus (fixed) / Salary review once per year

Selection process: One and last round (Excel computer test 10 mins -> technical paper test 20 mins -> CAD computer test 30 mins -> face-to-face interview with Japanese Factory Manager, Vietnamese Production Manager, Assistant Production Manager)

Job Description
Report to Vietnamese Assistant Production Manager (female, 30s)
Assigned to Technical team, Production Department
Team size: 10 members (only this position working in the office)
Job Responsibilities:
-Conduct daily reports on machinery maintenance; analyze operational errors in the factory
-Make mechanical drawings of machine parts, molding, components… for internal production purposes
-Support in Kaizen process of the company: data input, idea raising, implementation…
-Work closely with on-site Technical team to ensure smooth machinery operation
-Contact suppliers in case of machine repair and maintenance; follow up with upgrading process (if any)
-Other ad-hoc tasks as per requested by Line Manager

Requirements
Desirable Background and Experience:
-Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics
-Language skill(s): English conversational level
-Computing: MS Office, AutoCAD
-1+ year of relevant experience in manufacturing company
-Able to draw and read technical/machinery sketches using AutoCAD
-New graduate is welcome
