Salary Range: Gross 30.000.000~35.000.000 VND per month (based on the candidate’s network in the same industry)
Allowance(s): Language allowance (based on TOEIC point, maximum 500.000 VND), monthly commission based on individual sales performance, business trip allowance
Bonus and Incentives: 13th month bonus (fixed) / Performance bonus and salary review once per year
Benefit(s): SHUI / Annual leave 12 days / Accident insurance / Health insurance (family coverage from the fifth working year)
Other(s): Having chance to be promoted to management level

Job Description
Report to Vietnamese Sales Manager (male, 40s), case by case dotted line to Vietnamese Assistant Sales Manager (female, 35)
Assigned to Sales Department
No subordinates
Team Structure: Sales Manager -> Assistant Sales Manager -> Chief Sales (2) -> Sub-Chief Sales (3) -> Sales Admin
Team Size: 8 members
Job Responsibilities:
-Develop business by looking for and building up relationship with new prospects
-Take care and maintain good relationship with existing clients
-Introduce company’s products and provide solutions that are suitable with client’s needs
-Negotiate with clients on price quotation as well as terms and conditions in commercial contracts
-Work closely with production team to keep track on order progress
-Other ad-hoc tasks as per requested by Line Manager

Requirements
Desirable Background and Experience:
-Qualification: Bachelor Degree
-Language Skill(s): English business level
-Computing: MS Office
-Gender: Male preferable
-Age: 30-40
-At least 5 years of relevant experience in exactly flexible packaging industry
