-Saturday morning ( 7:30 – 12:00 )

Job Description
JOB DUTIES:
Report to Management board
Assigned to Maintenance Department
Job Responsibilities:
-Plan, guide work - SOP / JD according to time standards.
-Arrange work and train staff in management department.
-Provide production solutions to ensure a safe and healthy environment,
-Control the source of expenses for purchase of materials in service of production, maintenance, maintenance and supplies, ensuring that waste is not wasted.
-Inspection of technical equipment periodically for the plant
-Develop and implement measures that need to be addressed to prevent waste of funds.
-Handle arising problems and report them to the leaders in time.
-Coordinate with Purchasing, Accounting, Planning, Quality Assurance Department, EHS and project department to reduce labor costs and remaining waste costs.
-Develop and maintain an effective production information system for monitoring KPIs and for efficient planning and handling of production orders.
-Supervise and technical coordinate with projects & IS teams upon request. Responsible of complete the project on time and within the budget.
-Coordinate with other departments closely to ensure that the facilities, equipment and methods of implementation are the highest safety and quality standards.
-Support and understand all planned improvements.
-Report management and implementation of CM (maintenance and repair), PM (preventive maintenance).
-Coordinate budgets for maintenance and engineering to achieve good results.
-Develop KPI for all maintenance, ensuring cost does not exceed budget
-Manage suppliers, contractors, subcontractors

Requirements
JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Essential Requirements
-Qualification/Certificate: Bachelor's Degree Engineering Science
-Language Skills:English Proficient
-Gender: Any
-Age: Any
-At least 7 years experience in manufacturing (food or consumer goods industry).
-Knowledge of productivity, quality and control systems.
-Knowledge of project management tools.
-Experiences in budget control for maintenance department (KPI for R & M).
-Knowledge of EHS & related standards
-Ability to solve problems and solve problems
-Good time management skills and good work placement.
-Ability to working in a pressure environment
-Proficiency with 2D / 3D CAD software, Solid work or 3D plants / PI & D, Word Excel
