Job Description
Report to Technical Head
Assigned to Technical Department
Job Responsibilities:
-Collaborate with Management & Business department to ensure the project meets the deadline with high quality & performance
-Inform Management department accurately & timely about unexpected problems which may affect the project
-Take part in project development process & apply engineering best practices & tools
-Read and understand technical documents, able to analyze and come up with system architecture, technical design for the team
-Estimate and plan for the team. Assign tasks among team members and review team members’ individual performance
-Follow up on work progress of the team, able to anticipate and solve difficulties which may come up during project lifetime
-Coach and train team members in various aspects: technical solutions, working processes & company rules & regulations
-Take part in recruitment interview upon request. Give suggestion for training & development
Requirements
Desirable Background & Experience:
Essential Requirements
-Qualification/Certificate: Bachelor's Degree
-Language Skills: Good at English reading & writing
-Gender: Any
-Age: Any
-Experience: At least 2 years’ experience working in Leader position
-Experience in software development and programming with Java, JS, Python
-Good at system analysis, design patterns, unit testing
-Good at defining code convention & best practice, able to apply to the whole team
-Have knowledge or experience working with front-end: AngularJS, ReactJS, React Native, CSS
-Have knowledge or experience working with native platform (Android or iOs)
-Have knowledge working with REST API, secure system, Linux
-Be able & willing to learn new technology, programming languages if requested
Preferable Requirements
-Language Skills: Good at English communication is a plus
-Good working mindset, able to work under rapidly changing environments
-Have fundamental knowledge of Blockchain technology and Smart contract is a plus

-Personality: hardworking, proactive
