Bonus and Incentives: 13th month bonus (fixed) / Salary review once per year

Job Description
Report to Japanese PCB General Manager (male, 40s)
Assigned to PCB Department
Job Responsibilities:
-Plan and control assembly process
-Report all process situation
-Arrange manpower to achieve targets
-Solve all problems relating to process activities
-Push Kaizen activities
-Other ad-hoc tasks as per requested by Line Manager

Requirements
Desirable Background and Experience:
-Essential Requirement(s)
-Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Electric / Electronics Engineering
-Language Skill(s): Japanese business level (equivalent to JLPT N2)
-Computing: MS Office
-Gender: Male
-Age: From 28
-2+ years of professional experience relating to PCB
-Preferable Requirement(s)
-Good planning and leadership skills
Desirable Character(s):
-Personality: hard-working, innovative, passionate
-Able to work under high pressure
