Job Description
oPrepare management financial reports on a regular basis;
oFilling periodically for VAT and CIT reports;
oEnsure all invoices and staff reimbursements are paid accurately and in accordance with the company’s policy;
oPerform Bank Reconciliations;
oPerform tax reconciliation;
oPerform inventory reconciliation;
oWork with bank, tax office, and authorities;
oRecord data on the system (the financial accounting software - Sunsystems);
oReview transaction records to ensure its accuracy;
oOrganize, manage and store Accounting documents;
oPrepare and deliver correspondence between TRG and its customers;
oAssist in product and project costing and monitoring;
oAssist in rolling budgets and long-term planning & control;
oAd-hoc assignment as required

Requirements
Desirable Background & Experience:
Essential Requirements
-Qualification/Certificate: Bachelor's Degree in Finance/ Accounting or other related fields
-Language Skills:English Proficient
-Gender: Any
-Experience:
oAt least 5 years of relevant work experience on F&B accounting;
oProficiency in Microsoft Excel;
oProactive,
Preferable Requirements
oQualification: Chief Accountant Certificate
oExperienced in accounting software (Sunsystems) and related tools
Desirable Character:
oProactive;
oHighly motivated and enthusiastic;
oResults and details -oriented
oNumeric & data analysis;
oGood time management
