Salary Range: Gross / 1200 – 2500 USD
Allowance : Governed under VN law and company’s regulations

JOB DUTIES
Report to Japanese Director
Assigned to Analyst or Associate position.
Main Task:
-Work on client engagements related to M&A advisory services, especially the Vietnam side of the deal
-Support the development of qualitative and quantitative analyses and presentation materials
-Construct and maintain financial models for M&A and financing scenarios
-Develop client presentations and transaction-related documents using Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel
-Research and assimilate market data related to public and private companies, especially those in Vietnam
-Support deal execution (e.g. attend meetings, translation/interpretation works)
-Maintain a positive and supportive firm culture, focused on the effective delivery of world-class service to our clients
-Research the market requested from Japanese team
-Calculate corporate value
JOB REQUIREMENTS

Essential Requirement
-Qualification: Graduate Degrees
-Language Skills:English Proficient
-Gender: Any
-Age: until middle 30s
-3-5 years of M&A advisory experience
-Strong analytical skills
-Working knowledge of accounting, financial and valuation concepts
-Motivated to develop high-quality work, attention to details, and takes initiatives
-Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and interpersonal style
Preferable Requirement:
-Outstanding academic achievement and demonstrated quantitative capability
