Work details
You will be part of our Recruitment platform located in HCMC and work in direct collaboration with different
hiring managers of Amaris worldwide to recruit talents for either corporate functions or consulting functions.
-Collection and analysis of the manager's need
-Writing and publishing the different job offers and follow-up on the job boards
-Sourcing, hunting and the development of a network of specialized candidates
-Identification and qualification of potential candidates
-Administration of applications through the entire recruitment process
-Set up and administration of search agents
-Pre-Selection interviews via Phone-Call
-Interviews planning with Managers
-Weekly reporting and weekly meeting with your team
