Salary Range: Gross 500 - 800 USD / Per Month / Negotiable

Job Description
Report to Vietnamese Deputy General Manager
Assigned to Legal and Compliance Division/ National Compliance Controller
Job Responsibilities:
-To support Deputy General Manager – Legal and Compliance Division / National Compliance Controller on Legal, Compliance of the whole Company
Legal:
-Providing advices on Legal issue
-Performing legal review for the Company’s contracts and agreement
-Updating local Law and regulation timely
-Preparing Company dossiers (under legal regulations on enterprises, insurance)
-Monitoring the Company’s Policies, Regulations & Guidelines (PRG) in line with local Law/ regulation and Regional Holding Company’s PRG
-Managing the network of external consultants and lawyers
Relationship with regulator:
-Maintaining proper and adequate communication with local authorities on both the content and the frequency
-Monitoring all inward/ outward official letters from/ to regulators
-Providing accurate and appropriate information to local authorities in a timely manger
-Responding promptly and properly to queries from local authorities
Requirements
Desirable Background & Experience:
Essential Requirements
-Qualification/Certificate: Graduate on Legal
-Language Skills: English fluency
-Gender: Any
-Age: Any
-Experience: Have at least 1 year experience in related areas (insurance, corporate legal, compliance or professional advisory)
-Well understanding in law and regulations
-Excellent in interpersonal and communication skills
Preferable Requirements
-Understanding on insurance business and operation is a plus
