Work Time:
-Monday – Friday (8:00~17:00) including break time (12:00~13:00)
-Need to be flexible for business trips usually from Tuesday to Thursday
Salary Range: Gross 800 - 1500 USD / Per Month / Negotiable (will be offered depends on candidates’ experience and company’s grade level)
Allowance(s): Transport (600,000 VND)
Bonus and Incentives: 13th month bonus (will be paid until the end of Jan) / Fixed awarded bonus twice per year (based on candidates’ grade level when offered and be paid on Mid of Apr and Oct)

Job Description
Report to either Japanese/ Chinese/ Korean/ Vietnamese Managers
Assigned to Production Department
Job Responsibilities:
-The candidate will engage in all important matters related to products such as production management (QCD), R&D, Merchandising, etc.
Management of quality, cost and delivery time for maximization of sales and profits
-Decide quality, cost, delivery time and factory selection for product sample with the production merchandisers at Tokyo.
-Make a production adjustment plan with the factory and the inspection center, improve the efficiency and decrease cost.
-Manage the quality of product such as material, color, sewing and size.
-Check the production process and working environment on site.
-Manage the production lead time, actual shipment amount and delivery way.
-Solve the problem which may occur at production.
Factory countermeasure; field management
-Ensure the factory capacity that is based on factory policy.
Mission and career path
-Candidate will work with Production merchandisers at Tokyo Head Office. Candidate will also work with partner factories, inspection center and trading.
-Candidate has to realize optimal quality, cost and delivery time to maximize the sales and profits
-Candidate has to realize the factory policy that can grow both company clothing brands and factories, also enhance the partner relationship.

Essential Requirements
-Qualification/Certificate: University graduate, all majors welcome (prior to apparel industry)
-Language Skills: Business communication level English is must
-Gender: Any
-Age: Any
-Experience in work is not limited to textile, garment, apparel and fabric industries as long as you are experienced in production management (manufacturer, inspection personnel, experienced MD, etc.) at least 3 years is OK
-Knowledge of apparel merchandising, teamwork, communication, interpersonal, analytical, problem solving, and leadership skills are necessary to be a good production management candidate. We are looking for future manager candidates that can solve problems by leading their own businesses and members around them
-Interested in production field, garment
-Passion for customer service, styling and product
-Ability to interact cooperatively and work as a team towards a common goal
-Keen sense of detail and highly organized
-Willing to take the challenge to step up and grow at a global stage
-Can go on business trip by bus/ airplane to factory in Vietnam, Cambodia, Thailand every week
Preferable Requirements
-Language Skills: Japanese will be an added value
