Job Description
JOB DUTIES:
Report to Vietnamese Manager
Assigned to Service Center
Job Responsibilities:
-Handle and process customer enquiries, quotations, sales contracts and orders for parts
-Support Customer Service & Sales Engineer to make contracts with customer
-Thoroughly and efficiently gather relevant information from the customer to enable you to identify and fulfil his/her needs
-Coordinate with brokers/forwarders to plan and secure that the order is at the right place at the right time;
-Prepare all the necessary documents for the Customs clearance of spare parts/dies shipment
-Feedback to the Client continuously regarding status and deviation of promised delivery date.
-Proceed technical / commercial enquiries
-Fulfil all promises and commitments to the Client by accurately planning and securing stock Manufacturing- and procured Items
-Coordinate delivery, invoice and payments
-Attend to customer complaint and warranty claim process
-Input and manage data to systems

Essential Requirements
-Qualification/Certificate: College's Degrees and above
-Language Skills:English Proficient at verbal and written
-Gender: Any
-Age: 22-27
-Minimum 1 year relevant experience within Customer Service, Logistics, Procurement, Manufacturing or Service & Sales
-Computer literacy and software knowledge
-Excellent communication & coordination skills
-Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to Customer Satisfaction
-Exceptional time-management / organizational and priori-tising skills
-Possess a strong work ethic and team player mentality
