Vị trí: SENIOR SYSTEM INTERGARTION ENGINEER
Nội dung công việc:
Take responsibility on the assigned projects and work based on defined functions below:
- Solution Consulting
- Project Implementation & Management
- Operation & Maintenance on premium customers
- Maintain Customer Relationship
- Support Customer issues in SLA, responsibility with best effort
- Give improvement in IT system and internal process
**Able to consult & compose IT solution based on customer requirement, take care Middle/Large Projects from Pre-Sales to Post-Sales phases.
Yêu cầu
- Graduation in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
- Self-Motivation, Initiative and Team Player.
- Solid technical experience and have at least 3-year experience in a similar position.
- Make Consultation & create solution for at least 3 technical skills below:
- Network (Cisco; Juniper; Fortinet; Checkpoint; Palo Alto; etc.)
- Server (IBM; HP; NEC; DELL; Fujitsu; etc.)
- PABX (Panasonic; NEC; Avaya; etc.)
- System (Microsoft; Symantec; VMware; SolarWinds; Acronis; etc.)
- Cloud (Enterprise/Public/Private Cloud Solutions; Mail/Web Hosting; etc.)
- Security (Vulnerability Assessment; Managed Security Services; etc.)
- Access Line (MPLS; Internet Lease Line; FTTH; etc.)
**Have experience to manage project with at least 2 members.
Cisco/Microsoft Certificate is a plus.
- ITIL Certificate is a plus.
