Japanese Speaking - QC Deputy Manager

- Belongs to QC Department
- Report to QC Vietnamese Manager and Japanese Manager
- Manage 6 members of QC dept and workers

1. Plan the yearly quality control and monitor the members' performance
2. Directing and reviewing the performance of members in the department
3. Supervise and direct the implementation of quality objectives
4. Prepare quality reports and improve monthly
5. Deal with complaints and reviews from customers

Essential Requirements :
- Age 30-40
- University Graduated
- Has 5 years of experience in QC department ( in the wire industry is preferred )
- Japanese communication - equivalent level N2 - no certificate is required
- Ability to manage and plan for the department
