*Report to Japanese Manager and Vietnamese HR Manager
*Team of 4 members
*Job Responsibilities:
- Manage overall HR & Administration functions for all branches: Recruitment, compensation & benefits, human resources and management report and visa & work permit.
- Cooperate with Japanese Manager in the implementation of policies related to human resource, organizational, recruitment & retention.
- Ensure all company policies and procedures are up to date in line with current employment law.
- Qualification/Certificate: Bachelor's Degree or above
- Language Skills: English Business Level OR Japanese N2
- 3 - 5 years working experience in HR/Admin field
- Well understand of Japanese culture and working style
- Proactive, hardworking, willing to learn new challenges.
- Be able to work under high pressure and build up the good team.
