* Report to HR Manager.
* Assigned to HR Department with 5 peoples
* Job Responsibilities:
RECRUITMENT (50%)
- Providing professional support and advice on recruitment to line and departmental managers.
- Developing creative recruitment solutions if the organization is experiencing difficulties in attracting the appropriate level and quality of staff.
DEVELOPMENT (50%)
- Coordinate and support annual talent review process. Ensure data are prepared and organized in a professional manner
- Support & advice learning activities suitable with employees and leaders development plan which maximizing learning efficiency.
- Providing support to and review the learning and development vendor ensuring delivery against the objectives. Evaluate and coaching internal/ external trainers for improvement
C&B (if necessary)
- Execute and responsible for compensation and benefit for all positions including salary calculation, time sheet collection, tracking OT.
- Proceed related resignation procedures including decision, final payment
- Be in charge of employee labor contract management: tracking increase/ decrease labor every month, conduct labor contract, termination decision and other relevant documents
- Works closely to ensure benefits for staff.
- Prepare internal memo and letter on promotion, re-designation, salary adjustment, letter of warning, letter on childcare benefits, etc.
- Be in charge of contract for new employees and annual contract review for current employees.
* Essential requirements:
- Qualification/Certificate: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management/ Business Administration/ English or related.
- At least 2 years of experience in HR Recruitment and Development
- Good knowledge of Human Resource Management
- Good communication, analysis and problem-solving skills
- Good in English, both oral and written
- Good Microsoft office skills: Word, Excel, Power Point
* Referable requirements:
- Good knowledge about C&B to support (if needed)
- Working in Big Japanese company and in FMCG industries with company size >500 is preferred.
