1) Report to Vietnamese CFO & HR Director (Female)
2) Assigned to HR Department. Managing 8 C&B staffs & 2 Talent Acquisition staffs
3) Job Responsibilities:
- Execute all the work of HR Department for all 3 companies belong to the main Japanese group
- Specific tasks will be discussed during the interview
1) Essential Requirements:
- Gender: Male only
- Education: Bachelor
- Japanese: business level
- Computer: MS Words, Excel, PowerPoint
- Strong knowledge and skills in C&B as well as talent development
- Strong management skills
- Can go on domestic and overseas business trips as needed
2) Preferable Requirements:
- English: conversational level
- Experience in manufacturing industry
- Team spirit, result-oriented, always learning to improve capability
- Able to communicate, present in front of the crowd, inspire the team
- High sense of responsibility
- Able to work under high-pressure with good time management skill
