Shop activity management
- Do sales action at storefront for leading the members and make sure your salespeople are doing everything.
- Ensure that the sales floor operations function smoothly.
- Review the performance of your salespeople and to motivate and stimulate them to even greater achievements and Assist salespeople in the selling operation. Estimate sales forecast periodically with analyzing market situation and action plan.
- Make plan and realize Promotional plan with combining Music School.
- Corporate to Internal Music school and consider effective sales scheme for school customers.
- Create business by networking with teachers/schools outside, and community organizations
- Constructively handle (or supervise the handling of) all customer complaints related to your store. Promote customer loyalty

- Design and implement retail shop & music school policies and procedures.
- Ensure all operations at retail shop & music school are complied with the policies and procedures.

*Essential Requirements:
- At least 5 experience years in Sales, Retail, or Customer service experience.
- Graduated from University with major in Business Administration, Economics, and Education.
- English: Business Level
- Computer skills: Proficiency in Microsoft office
- Good communication skills.
