- Reports to Regional Sales Manager
- Manages 15 Sales Representatives
- Manage business operations of Cosmetic channel in Hanoi area
- Being responsible and achieve profitability goals of sales
target in the territory
- General controlling & leading activities of sales team:
Sales Reps
- Monitoring the merchandising activities, sales distribution
and price on the channels are in line with business objectives
Essential Requirements :
- Graduated Economic University
- At least 3 year experiences at Sales Supervisor of GT ( general trade ) channel for foreign FMCG Company
- English business level
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Leadership skill
Desirable Requirements :
- Prefer Female
- Experiences in cosmetic or household field
