- It will be a opening position associated with the opening of a new
large-scale serviced apartment in Hai Phong that is scheduled to
start moving in April 2020.
- The serviced apartment is for expatriates and business travelers.
< In detail >
- Report line: Japanese apartment manager (female in her 50s)
[GA jobs]
- Oversee day-to-day activities of General Affairs including building
and facility management, office equipment management, car parking,
visitor and guest arrangement etc.
- Ensure overall purchase, control and disposal of General Affairs asset
- Other assigned jobs
[HR jobs]
- Involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and
managing the hiring process
- Handling Payroll system
- Take care of employee welfare (insurance, social security, health
checkup)
- Make labor regulation
- Other assigned jobs
< Requirement >
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 5 year experience as administrative and overall of HR
- English business level
- Gender: Any
- Age: 30 - 40
- Able to work independently

- Working experience in Japan or Japanese company
- Experience in related industry (Real Estate/Hotel etc.)
