< Job description >
- It will be a opening position associated with the opening of a new
large-scale serviced apartment in Hai Phong that is scheduled to
start moving in April 2020.
- The serviced apartment is for expatriates and business travelers.

< In detail >
- Report line: Japanese apartment manager (female in her 50s)
- Cash control/Petty cash and Payment request for invoice.
- Tax/Personal income tax and risk management
- Prepare business report including BS, PL, cash flow and sales
forecast with supported by JP Management
- Bank reconciliation
- Contract management
- Other task that assigned from management

< Requirement >
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 5 year experience as accounting
- English business level
- Gender: Any
- Age: 30 - 40
- Able to work independently

<Preferable >
- Working experience in Japan or Japanese company
- Experience in related industry (Real Estate/Hotel etc.)
- Japanese conversational level
- Management experience
