Work details
- Report to Quality Control Manager (Vietnamese female, 40s)
- Assigned to Quality Control Department, including 17 members
- Act as contact window with Japanese clients regarding quality issues
- Handle new product making: prepare samples -> confirm with the client -> mass production
- Make and check quality sheets; store them properly
- Allocate tasks and work shifts to direct subordinates
- Train product quality, ISO, 5S... to staff; supervise their performance
- Other ad-hoc tasks as per requested by Line Manager
* Essential Requirements:
- Education: College Diploma
- Japanese: business level
- Computing: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- 3+ years of work experience in Quality Control Department of manufacturing companies
* Preferable Requirements:
- English: conversational level
- Having some management experience
