<Job Responsibilities>
Accountant tasks:
- Handle all payments in HCM and HN office;
- Prepare check/TT/ payment vouchers;
- Update cashbook manually;
- Prepare bank reconciliation;
- Scan and send original documents to S'pore office;
- Tax submission for nation staff (supported by D&T tentatively);
- Tax submission for Japanese staff (supported by D&T tentatively);
- Withholding tax submission (supported by D&T tentatively);
- Payroll (supported by D&T tentatively) ;
Administration tasks:
- Manage and control staff Annual & Medical.etc leaves;
- Purchase of office stationary / groceries;
- Mail / Courier service arrangement;
- Air Ticket booking / Visa arrangement for business trip;
- Restaurants booking;
- Company car, employee & office / house insurance;
- Apply new or renewal & cancellation of Work permit & DP (supported dy D&T tentatively) ;
- Budget preparation relate to SAR/labour cost (supported by PAPS tentatively);
- RO's Corporate card;
- Daily operation and Sales support to RO's chief Representative;
- Additional duties' may be assigned from time to time.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Taxation, Finance or related majors;
- English business level;
- From 3 years of experience; in which, at least 2 years of accounting and taxation experience, 1-year doing administrative tasks in any field;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word);
- Female only;
- Age from 26 years old.
